Steve holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is also a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with 45 years of Operations Management experience. He’s become an expert in identifying and implementing solutions for potential roadblocks to the success of the company and its employees. Here are some of the notable works he did throughout his career: 

Restaurant Manager: Steven started his vocation in the 80s as a Unit Manager for Luby’s Cafeterias, Inc., and has led the company to run profitable operations with 2.75M annual sales while handling 80 employees.

Inventory and  Aftermarket Control: In the early 2000s, Steven contributed to the success of Mac Haik Ford by developing processes for tracking vehicle sales that helped improve the inventory mix. He was also in charge of managing the sales and installation of aftermarket products where he gained proficiency in closing techniques. 

Professional Landman: Steven is currently providing professional assistance by demonstrating his proficiency in title research, leasing, curative, right-of-way acquisition, and contract negotiation to The Schuenemann Office in Kenedy, Texas. 

Project Coordination: Today, Steven is working with Livingstone, LLC to ensure that the company sets an excellent standard in the land services industry. He thoroughly reviews, strategically manages, and carefully implements processes to guarantee excellent service.
